The Essence of Nest and Nurture Midwifery
At Nest & Nurture Midwifery, everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their maternity journey.
Rooted in continuity of care, informed choice and genuine connection, Nest & Nurture Midwifery creates a space where families feel comfortable asking questions, advocating for themselves and making decisions that feel right for them.
Because maternity care is about more than appointments; It’s about feeling known, valued and supported every step of the way.
I’m happiest when life is simple — a morning beach walk with my two beautiful dogs, a good cup of tea, and enjoying delicious food with my family and friends. These little things fill up my cup. But honestly, being a midwife is my favourite thing!
I was born and raised in Geelong, and I moved to Melbourne for uni to become a midwife. Little did I know how much I would love it! After 7 years in the big city, I moved back to Geelong, excited to be able to provide maternity care back to my community.
I have been a midwife since 2022, working in the Victorian public maternity system. We are so lucky to have the publicly funded maternity care we have in Australia, but I was craving more connection to the families I was caring for! I became an Endorsed Midwife in early 2026, and with the support of some incredibly mentors, start my own private practice, Nest and Nurture Midwifery.
Moving into private midwifery has allowed me to provide the most important thing in maternity care: continuity. Getting to know the person behind the pregnancy, building trust and being a familiar face throughout their journey is at the heart of why I created Nest & Nurture Midwifery.
